**Job Description**

The **UW Medical Center-Montlake Spiritual Health & Wellbeing Department** has an outstanding opportunity for a **Spiritual Health Provider (Chaplain)** .

**WORK SCHEDULE**

• Per Diem

• One night Standby/On Call required per week (4 shifts/month)

• Day shift coverage periodically available for holiday, vacation and weekend coverage

• Flexibility of schedule and availability on holiday weekends preferred.

This role requires availability from 4:15 pm-8:00 am. **Candidates must be within 45 minutes of the University of Washington Medical Center - Montlake campus (1959 NE Pacific St Main Hospital, Seattle, WA 98195)** **.** Spiritual Health Providers do not sleep overnight at the hospital.
