Job Description

                    Splunk   Observability Engineer 
Job discription Design, implement, and manage full-stack observability with Splunk APM, Infrastructure, and RUM. 
Develop and maintain custom dashboards and alerts for proactive issue identification. 
Onboard and instrument applications and infrastructure to generate telemetry data (metrics, traces, logs). 
Troubleshoot complex performance issues by analyzing traces, metrics, and log correlations. 
Automate deployment and configuration of the Splunk Observability suite. 
Collaborate with development and SRE teams to improve system reliability and performance. 
Create and optimize Splunk Observability Queries (O11yQL) for advanced data analysis. 
Manage and fine-tuning alerting thresholds to reduce noise and improve Mean Time to Detection (MTTD).
