This career associate administers processes and leads activities to service the participant-supporter connection through quality church partner-participant communications and updates. As a seasoned associate, he or she supports church partners with Compassion systems, processes and standards in support of church facing teams. He or she ensures consistent and timely resolution to systematic and procedural inquiries from church partners and supporters. He or she may coach and review the work of other Sponsor Donor Support Associates.

As a Sponsor Donor Associate III, you will:

Ensure quality communication between sponsors, participants, and church partners

Review, process, and track letters, child updates, project gift usage, and documentation.

Ensure communication aligns with Sponsor Donor Support (SDS) standards and meets production schedules.
