Job Description
Drive revenue and brand partnerships by securing strategic sponsorship deals for our agency's clients and for our owned IPs and events by Mineski. Build and manage relationships that create value for brands, properties, and audiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deal Origination & Pitching:
Identify, prospect, and pitch potential sponsors for client campaigns and Mineski IPs/events (e.g., esports tournaments, content series, experiential activations).
Develop compelling sponsorship packages and proposals that align brand objectives with property assets.
Lead negotiations to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
2. Partnership Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors, ensuring flawless execution of partnership benefits.
Work with internal teams (Creative, Accounts, Events) to fulfill sponsorship obligations and deliver maximum value.
