**Job Description**

**Position Summary:**

The Sport Clubs Coordinator provides leadership, vision, and supervision for the daily operations and management of a comprehensive Sport Clubs Program comprised of 30 nationally competitive sport teams averaging a total of 150 team officers, 1,200 team members, and 60 coaches each academic year.

The Coordinator is responsible for personnel management, training, and scheduling for an average of 20 student staff with varying levels of responsibility who work a combined 160 hours per week. This position involves daily management and delivery of Sport Club activities at multiple on and off-campus venues. The Coordinator is responsible for direct, daily oversight of club travel, club purchasing, and club financial administration.
