Sports Coordinator

Smash Plus new ventures is looking for a Sports Coordinator who will work closely with the business owner to lead, organize, and execute sports activities and events. The role focuses on monitoring operations, planning competitions, and ensuring smooth execution of badminton and pickleball events.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with the business owner for sports programs and activities
• Plan, organize, and execute badminton and pickleball events and competitions
• Monitor daily sports operations and event schedules
• Prepare event plans, timelines, and activity flow
• Coordinate with players, coaches, venues, and suppliers
• Ensure proper execution of events from preparation to completion
• Prepare reports, updates, and post event evaluations
• Assist in improving sports programs and operational processes
