Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Athletic Department, Air Force Academy, Colorado. This position does include benefits. Responsibilities Athletic communications coordinator is responsible for assisting with the execution of the media and public relations plans for 27-sport intercollegiate Division I programs. Responsible for overall operations of goairforcefalcons.com for sports assigned. Serves are primary media relations contact for Baseball, Women's soccer and Swimming and select other sports with responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, working as the primary liaison with media relations contacts; writing press releases, championship preparation and coverage; and administering athletic (regular and postseason); academic awards programs in those sports; reporting to conference and national offices.
