About the TeamThe TikTok Operations team supports business growth by designing and optimizing operational processes, coordinating across cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective execution of key initiatives. The team focuses on improving efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence to support evolving business needs. This role is responsible for managing professional athletes on TikTok, supporting them throughout their journey on the platform. The position plays a key role in onboarding athletes, managing their accounts, and providing ongoing strategic guidance to help them create effective and engaging content while maximizing their presence on TikTok. Key Responsibilities
Athlete Onboarding
- Lead the onboarding process for athletes joining TikTok, ensuring a smooth and effective setup of their accounts and a strong understanding of the platform.
Account & Content Management
