Job Description
CLIENT SERVICING: Perform studio-client relationship management efforts; Records and responds to client needs, suggestions/feedback, special requests, and complaints and timely endorses to the appropriate manager as needed.
COACHING: Perform coaching services to clients as well as mentoring sessions for the team, as assigned by the direct supervisor whenever applicable.
INQUIRIES MANAGEMENT: Answer all walk-in, landline, mobile, and e-mail client inquiries; Must be able to consistently provide up-to-date information on studio offerings, schedules, rates, and promos.
ADMINISTRATION: Ensure the timely, accurate, and proper records keeping for all clients handled.
SALES: Assists the branch team in sales generating efforts; Actively promotes studio promos, workshops, and events, encourages participation, and assists clients with registration.
