**Job Title: Spot Welder – Afternoon Shift**
**Job Description**
The Spot Welder performs resistance spot welding on metal components according to drawings and specifications on an afternoon shift production line. This role sets up and operates spot-welding equipment, prepares and assembles parts, and ensures that all welded joints meet strength, accuracy, and appearance standards. The position supports safe, efficient production by maintaining a clean work area, assisting with material handling, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform resistance spot welding on metal components in accordance with drawings, specifications, and work orders.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, templates, and work orders to determine welding requirements.
