Spray Painter

We are seeking a dependable Industrial Spray Painter to prepare and spray mild steel products using a compressor and spray gun in a production environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Apply industrial paint coatings to mild steel components
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and degreasing as required
• Mask areas that should not be painted
• Ensure consistent, neat finishes (no paint runs, dry spray, or heavy overspray)
• Maintain painting equipment and keep the work area clean
• Coordinate with workshop staff to meet daily production requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in industrial spray painting (not residential or house painting)
• Confident operating spray guns and air compressors
• Basic knowledge of preparing metal surfaces for coating
