Main Tasks & Responsibilities
To select cutting tools, setting speeds, monitoring operations, performing quality inspections, and maintaining machinery to meet as per drawing specification.
To interpret 2D & 3D technical drawing and perform machining, milling and other related processes.
To write or edit G-code/programs, adjust speeds and feeds, and troubleshoot to ensure maximum efficiency.
To use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) to inspect finished parts for conformity to specifications.
To responsible of all product issue and non-conformance, troubleshoot and provide corrective actions and remedy.
To report production activities and any abnormalities to Production Engineer / Manager.
To perform routine maintenance (cleaning, lubricating), adhere to workplace safety and maintain good 5S.
