Spray Technician

Responsibilities

• To treat and clean product surface before applying paint to ensure proper paint adhesion.
• To select and mix the paint according to technical data sheet.
• To operate & program the automated spray gun to optimum parameter to ensure maximum efficiency.
• To clean, maintain, and troubleshoot spray guns, nozzles, pumps, and paint booths.
• To maintain accurate records of materials used, production output and maintenance logs report.
• To responsible of all product issue and non-conformance, troubleshoot and provide corrective actions and remedy.
• To report production activities and any abnormalities to Production Engineer / Manager.
• To adhere to work place safety and maintain good 5S.
• To coordinate between Production / QC / Maintenance to keep daily operation smooth.
• To achieve higher yield rate & efficiency through continuous improvement.
