Job Description

Master Landscaping is looking for a Spray Technician to assist the other Groundskeepers in beautifying the outdoor areas of all Scentsy-owned properties. This includes applying fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other turf/plant health treatments safely and effectively across landscaped properties. This role ensures our grounds maintain a healthy, clean, and visually appealing appearance year-round.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure the growth and vibrancy of our plants, flowers, lawn, and decorative shrubs
  • Maintain existing landscape design and ensure plant survival
  • Apply herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, and fertilizers according to state regulations and company guidelines
  • Identify weeds, pests, and turf/plant diseases to determine appropriate treatments
  • Mix chemicals accurately and safely, following all label requirements
