Job Description

About the Role:

The Sprinkler Inspector position plays a crucial role in ensuring the proper functionality and safety of fire sprinkler systems in commercial settings. You will be responsible for inspecting, testing, servicing, sprinklers including wet and dry. This role requires strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to follow procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. This position will travel throughout the North West corner of Arkansas from Bentonville to Lowell to Springdale to Fayettville.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive service calls, including a brief description of equipment/system malfunctions.

  • Contact customer representatives and ascertain equipment/systems problems.

  • Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial applications, including wet (steel, copper, and CPVC), dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps.
