Own and maintain sputter equipment performance
Ensure equipment meets uptime, quality, and OEE targets Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment issues
Drive maintenance excellence
Develop, execute, and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance strategies Support reduction of unscheduled downtime through reliability...
