**Position Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Spvr, Maintenance Sr. to support the design, improvement, and maintenance of industrial control systems across our manufacturing operations. This role is central to developing new equipment standards, enhancing automation processes, and ensuring that all control systems perform reliably and efficiently. As part of the controls team, you will collaborate with production, maintenance, tooling, and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing performance, reduce downtime, and strengthen technical capabilities across the facility.
