SPX Express - Fleet Planner (Gensan Heights)

Job Description

• The primary role is to determine the immediate and future fleet size and fleet type requirement of the hubs within their scope of coverage. In addition this role is to coordinate with agency partners to provide the riders and drivers that are required for all fleet requirements.
• Use SPX planning tools to determine fleet requirements.
• Use forecast numbers from logistics for future planning.
• Take fleet type (2w, 3w, 4w, and other future types of vehicles) into consideration when planning fleet requirements.
• Work closely with IC team with developments in hiring of IC delivery partners.
• Work closely with retention team as source of data that will be used for fleet planning as well.
• Provide reports on actual fleet build up vs fleet required.
• Provide reports on agency fill ability to provide fleet required of them.
