Job Description
- Responsible for day-to-day First Mile operations under his/her area assigned.
- Responsible for timely pickup based on seller preference with due diligence of achieving best seller experience.
- Responsible for daily lead time and productivity of handled area.
- Responsible of key processes, generating measurable reports and driving performance to excellence
- Responsible of equal route distribution towards target truck productivity set by Management.
- Record and validate operational trackers and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Responsible and resolves escalations.
- Support cost efficient and effective projects for overall SPX.
- Support for Cluster lead time, seller requests and performance.
- Support weekly and monthly review of handled area.
- Perform duties and responsibilities assigned by reporting manager.
