SQA Lead

Job Description:

• Lead and manage the QA team, including training, coaching and performance management.
• Develop, execute, and work towards continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align QA strategies with business goals and objectives.
• Identify risks and issues early on, and ensure alignment with stakeholders (product managers, development teams) on quality expectations.
• Drive quality improvements and innovations across the product development lifecycle.

Competencies:

• 5+ years of experience. 
• Leadership skills in managing the overall QA function.
• In-depth knowledge of software development life cycles and quality assurance best practices.
• Strong ability to influence and drive quality initiatives across teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
