SQE Engineer (Indonesia)(A227021)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-site containment and resolution of quality issues for KD vehicle parts at Southeast Asia plants; coordinate with Southeast Asia plants and manage the IQC team’s on-site operations.
• Serve as the key interface for quality issues related to KD models in Southeast Asia plants; drive supplier root-cause improvement through the Chinese-HQ SQE team.
• Support pre-selection and nomination of localized suppliers in Southeast Asia.
• Lead APQP for localized Southeast Asia suppliers’ parts, including PV validation and PPAP approval.
• Improve mass-production quality management for Southeast Asia suppliers, ensuring part consistency and process stability.
• Drive corrective actions for aftersales/warranty quality issues with localized suppliers in Southeast Asia.
