SQL Technical Support Voice Entry level

Role Responsibilities:

• Handle customer or client concerns related to SQL / technical support
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Analyze customer queries and provide accurate support
• Document cases, updates, and resolutions properly
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations when needed
• Maintain quality customer service and meet process targets

Qualification:

• High School / Senior High School Graduate / College Graduate
• Minimum 1 year overall work experience
• Must have at least 1 year SQL experience
• Candidates with IT-related educational background or technical support experience will be preferred
• Good communication skills required
• Must be willing to work onsite
• Must be amenable to shifting / rotational schedule
