Position: Sr Account Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Developing high-level relationships to provide the opportunity to win the largest deals
- Understanding, documenting the strategic direction of assigned enterprise accounts and developing sales strategies to meet long‑term account needs
- Coordinating resources to meet customer needs and maximise sales effectiveness
- Identifying solutions for Enterprise Accounts and closing complex projects
- Establishing master contracts with enterprise accounts to ensure long‑term relationships
- Achieving personal revenue targets and objectives
- Customer engagement with product specialist to create and close opportunities
- Provide detailed forecast to signal the LOB demand to supply chains
