Position: Sr Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing high-level relationships to provide the opportunity to win the largest deals
  • Understanding, documenting the strategic direction of assigned enterprise accounts and developing sales strategies to meet long‑term account needs
  • Coordinating resources to meet customer needs and maximise sales effectiveness
  • Identifying solutions for Enterprise Accounts and closing complex projects
  • Establishing master contracts with enterprise accounts to ensure long‑term relationships
  • Achieving personal revenue targets and objectives
  • Customer engagement with product specialist to create and close opportunities
  • Provide detailed forecast to signal the LOB demand to supply chains
