Job Description
MAIN OBJECTIVE
To maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts (strategic clients) in the long term.
KEY FUNCTIONS
Develop customized strategies for key clients. Build and maintain high-level, trusting relationships.
Negotiate complex commercial agreements.
Analyze account data to identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to address client needs.
