Job Description

1. Penetrate and grow new account in the target industrial sub-vertical (includes but not limited to Surveillance Camera Systems, Access Control Systems, Building Management Sysytems, Hotel Management Systems, and Fire Detection Systems) by replicating known successes as well as new application opportunities.
2. Expand and grow the existing key accounts, by providing local sales and technical support, building good customer intimacy and rapport, understanding customer requirements and their future plan, always at the forth front in participating customer‘s next generation design in with as much application opportunities from our HBT product Portfolio as possible.
3. Target and penetrate competitor’s key accounts by offering our differentiated value proposition.
4. Leverage on existing channels for some accounts or sub-vertical access, while we take leadership in the demand creation ( Designing-in ) and foster good relationship with key customers.
