Summary:

This role is responsible for driving profitable, sustainable sales growth while managing and expanding a designated Urethane Additives portfolio in North America. The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, motivation, strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, sound decision‑making, and a commitment to customer ownership. The position requires quickly developing deep expertise in the Urethane Additives portfolio—including rigid, molded, and specialty products—along with the related technology, industry landscape, and applications to build strong customer and market understanding.

This is a fully remote position; however, the ideal candidate will reside in a location east of the Mississippi River.
