Sr Accountant

We are looking for a highly experienced, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end financial operations, support strategic budgeting and costing, and ensure full compliance with US and UAE taxation standards. The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of accounting experience, preferably within the Managed Services Provider (MSP) / IT Services industry, and play a key role in building and structuring a robust finance department.
Financial Operations
Prepare, review, and process client invoices accurately and on time, including recurring MSP billing, retainers, and usage-based invoices.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, benefits, overtime, and statutory deductions.
Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with US GAAP and UAE regulations.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable; monitor and manage cash flows.
Oversee revenue recognition for MSP contracts, SLAs, AMC agreements, and project-based billing.
