Sr. Accountant

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Accountant to join our manufacturing team in Ladson, South Carolina. In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and maintaining the integrity of customer and vendor accounts. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to support financial reporting and administrative functions.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor aged receivables reports weekly, follow up on overdue accounts, and implement actions to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to invoicing, including processing billing adjustments and issuing refunds.
