Sr. Accountant

osition Overview

We are seeking a Senior Accountant with strong BPO experience, ideally supporting manufacturing or construction clients, who can independently manage full-cycle accounting and close processes for U.S. businesses.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation from an audit firm background, followed by hands-on experience in the BPO / outsourced accounting industry, strong analytical skills, and experience working with mid-to-large ERP systems used by U.S. companies.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage full-cycle accounting for U.S.-based manufacturing and construction clients

Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate close

Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP

Perform detailed general ledger reviews, reconciliations, and variance analysis
