Job Summary

The Senior Accountant is responsible for the accurate processing of commissions, incentives, and related tax requirements. This role ensures compliance, timely payments, and reliable financial reporting while supporting business operations and internal stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Verify the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents for third-party commissions, including computation of applicable taxes prior to processing for release
• Review and confirm correctness of commission amounts, particularly when pre-approved figures have been amended
• Prepare commission and incentive computations (Materials Commission, Selling Premium, Labor Commission, Material Incentives, and Labor Incentives) for approval by authorized signatories
• Prepare Payment Request Forms and bank transmittals for approval
• Process commission and incentive payments through the RCBC EZ Payroll system
