About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with strong real estate accounting expertise to support a growing portfolio of property and development entities. This role requires a hands-on accountant who can own the month-end close , manage multiple entities , and operate independently with minimal oversight.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in real estate accounting , is comfortable working in cloud-based accounting systems , and understands the nuances of intercompany transactions, job costing, and property-level financial reporting .

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the monthly close process for multiple real estate entities
