Description
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant to support core accounting operations in San Francisco, California. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing close activities, and ensuring balance sheet accounts are properly supported. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage recurring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

+ Assist with month-end close, including payment reviews and reconciliations

+ Help track forecasts and provide monthly recoupment updates

+ Analyze contracts to pull royalty rates, key terms, and payee details; enter into system

+ Handle reporting, analysis, and ad hoc requests

+ Manage client communication and shared royalty inbox

+ Set up and maintain royalty accounts, including contact and tax info updates
