What You’ll Do:

+ Conduct financial analysis and validate monthly Gross Profit reports and General Ledger entries.

+ Analyze overtime spending trends and staffing levels to optimize cost control.

+ Assist in the development of the Annual Operating Plan and manage departmental budgets.

+ Prepare and reconcile weekly KPI reports aligned with corporate goals.

+ Handle general accounting duties including sales, bookings, backlog, fixed assets, and other accounts.
