JOB DETAILS

Procure-to-Pay (PTP)

•Development and reporting of analytics, KPIs, compliance reviews

•Lead or support process improvement projects related to PTP cycle

•Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations

•SOX and external audit support

•Manage and assist staff handling the Travel & Expense (T&E) helpdesk activities

•Monitoring of company’s corporate credit card program

•Primary point of contact with company’s T&E vendor

•Concur administrator (user provisioning and de-provisioning)

General Ledger Accounting

•Perform day-to-day accounting functions as well as support other corporate accounting operations for the GL Accounting Team to ensure accurate, complete and timely reports and financial statements
