KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and verify invoices and check requests.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Prepare and perform check runs.
• Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Maintain vendor files and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare accruals and adjusting journal entries as necessary.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Generate and review accounts payable reports.
