The Field Application Engineer (FAE) will act as a technical bridge between sales, customers, and product teams within the **Electronic Security domain** , covering **Access Control and Video Management Systems** .

The role is primarily focused on **pre-sales solutioning, technical consulting, and customer engagement** , with an additional responsibility of providing **targeted post-sales field support and escalations** .

This position requires a strong ability to **design, position, and validate security solutions** , along with hands-on expertise to support deployment challenges across both **software and hardware layers** of integrated security systems.
