Sr Adv Mfg Engineering

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive critical decisions in deployment of production processes & technologies that are standardized among different manufacturing facilities.
- Deploy new production equipment or improve performance from current equipment. Considering automation and digitalization for new or upgrade equipment.
- Responsible for qualification and release products into production
- Responsible for defining, quoting, installing, validating and releasing manufacturing equipment into production,
- Support in the planning and execution of project plans and design reviews; involvement in production release of modified or new product documentation
- Develop processes and procedures to achieve critical quality certifications
- Support the manufacturing of complex parts and sub-assemblies by providing technical expertise and support for the factory
- Review manufacturing processes to ensure they will yield parts compliant with engineering drawings and specifications.
