Sr Advanced Project Engr

This role is responsible to drive the Air Transport Flight management systems product line and successfully rolling out new products & delivering the software to the customers.

Takes complete ownership across multiple functional areas of Flight Management System functions across different phases of NPI process – 

1. Conversant in FCI development methodology 

2. Own Burn down metrics, effort estimation, Resource allocation, Traceability Matrix

3. Mentor and coach teams to make them highly productive in program execution

3. Drive the team as integrated Product team cutting across all functional areas on cost, Schedule and Quality

4. Collaborating across multiple locations with cross-functional teams and internal / external stakeholders (Program Mgrs, SPEs, Product Mgrs, customers) to determine project objectives, remove impediments and ensure overall project success.
