Sr. Analyst, GSS Learner Engagement

The Role

This role will be part of Global Shared Services based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Senior Analyst, Learner Engagement is responsible for working with U.S.-based Training and Development Wyndham University (WU) function within a Global Shared Services model, in shaping and executing the learner-facing experience across WU learning programs and platforms. This role focuses on creation and maintenance of website/webpages, branding, communications, as well as building strategy and plans for engagement experiences to drive awareness, adoption, and sustained participation in learning offerings for both corporate team members and franchisees.

The Senior Analyst partners closely with program/project stakeholders as well as the WU program teams, Communications, and learning platform teams to design compelling program branding, develop multi-channel communications, manage learning platform user experience, and execute targeted engagement campaigns.
