Sr. Analyst HR Systems & Projects

The Sr. Analyst HR Systems & Projects is responsible for providing ongoing administration, development and support of both the HR Information Systems and the related projects, as well as Global HR Program projects within MML. It plays a key role in HR Digitization by leading HR System projects and supporting divisional teams to ensure effective data quality & auditing, training and knowledge transfer on key concepts, and troubleshooting issues that arise in these systems and any downstream integration impacts. This role will collaborate with the Global MML HR Team, Sub-Groups, Divisional HR teams, and other groups including Magna Corporate HR to support the ongoing development, training and effective implementation of Magna HR Programs, HR Systems optimizations, and Communication Programs across the MML Group.
