Job Description
Implementation Analysts serve as the business/technical SME for Item Processing and Print & Mail engagements across US Banking, Cards & Payments clients. They gather requirements, author BRDs/FRDs, design solutions, and configure platforms.
Must Have Skills
Banking, Cards & Payments domain
Item processing, print & mail, remittance, ACH, ICL, check clearing, return items
Capture channels: branch, teller, distributed, merchant, mobile, ATM image deposit (capture, balancing, exceptions)
Duplicate Detection configuration; deposit lifecycle management
Business analysis: requirements gathering, BRDs/FRDs, solution design, gap/impact/risk assessment, traceability & change management
Translate business needs → technical solutions; bridge business & tech teams
