Sr Analyst Prop Mgmt

We are seeking an Sr Analyst Prop Mgmt to join American Tower's Property Management organization's Real Estate Management team. The team maximizes and protects the value of the real estate portfolio, owns and streamlines relations with property owners, and ensures all properties operate smoothly. Day to day you will focus on an assigned group of assets or functions and serve as the primary interface and facilitator of all engagements, issues, and projects on the properties under your purview.

As an Sr Analyst Prop Mgmt, you will partner cross-functionally with peers in the Property Management, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Sales departments and, where applicable, with external vendors to support the resolution of property owner matters. You will utilize strong project management and customer service skills to ensure all property needs are addressed timely and completely to deliver results for the property owner and in American Tower’s best interest.
