Sr Analyst Real Estate

**Overview**
ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a highly capable Senior Real Estate Analyst to support the Real Estate and Corporate Finance teams with financial analysis, reporting, and data-driven insights across ATI’s 850+ clinic portfolio. This role supports new clinic development, lease actions, and capital initiatives by preparing standardized financial models, maintaining reporting tools, and ensuring data accuracy throughout the real estate lifecycle.
The Senior Analyst partners closely with Real Estate leadership and Corporate Finance by executing complex analytical workstreams, coordinating inputs across teams, and delivering consistent, high-quality outputs that inform capital and portfolio decisions. While this role operates with a high degree of independence, final ownership of underwriting assumptions and investment recommendations remains with senior leadership.
