THE JOURNEY
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points within supply operations, focusing on metrics like order delivery time, courier dispatch time, partner preparation time, partner acceptance time, and customer ratings.
Generate actionable insights from complex datasets to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements for our couriers and partners.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics related to supply operational performance.<...
