Job Description
Your Job:
1) Quality planning of product design phase and process design phase.
2) Plan and control products qualification from beginning of projects initiation to mass production.
3) Ensure products deliver to production smoothly.
What You Will Do
1) Perform quality planning according to new product development procedure for products development, ensure all product specification and customer special requirement be met.
2) Owns Control Plans, Qualification Plans, Measurement Plans.
3) Control plan, check list, visual inspection instruction training.
4) Key team member of DFM and DFMEA and PFMEA.
5) Lead of dimensional layout and disposition and drive for improvement of component and finish good.
6) Execution & Documentation of Qualification Runs.
7) Facilitation of gaging Needs;
8) Lead MSA & SPC.
9) Lead Process Sign Off (or similar) audit by the customer with cross functional team.
