Your Job: 1) Quality planning of product design phase and process design phase. 2) Plan and control products qualification from beginning of projects initiation to mass production. 3) Ensure products deliver to production smoothly. What You Will Do 1) We hope you have strong knowledge about precision Assemble/stamping/Molding/IMD tooling and process. 2) Base on your specific knowledge, we hope you could participate in DFM and DFMEA and PFEMA to identify key characteristic on components. 3) Base on your specific knowledge to set up Qualification Plans, Measurement Plans, Control plan, check list, visual inspection instruction training to help flawless launch. 4) We hope you could link measurement data & visual inspection result to tooling corrective solution to help stamping/Molding/IMD tooling more robust to help our product quick speed to market. 5) Facilitation of measurement gauging if Needs. 6) Execution & Documentation of Qualification Runs. 7) Lead new products safe launch and re...
