Sr. Architect

Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion ensuring alignment with project requirements and client expectations. Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications and material selections. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, authority approvals and sustainability standards. Coordinate with consultants, engineers and project teams to integrate architectural designs with structural, MEP and other disciplines. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards. Resolve design‑related issues promptly to avoid delays and rework. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and draftsmen. Prepare and present design proposals, reports and progress updates to clients and stakeholders.
