The Role
The Sr Architect at Arionkoder is not only a technical manager. You are the delivery anchor inside The Foundry – our core system for turning ideas into production-ready software. You own execution quality across active engagements, hold the technical bar on everything we ship, and build a team capable of doing increasingly complex work.

Responsibilities
- Delivery ownership – Own technical quality and on‑time execution across client engagements. Hold the definition of done. Catch scope drift, estimation gaps, and risk early, and surface them before they become problems.
