What You'll Do:

You’ll serve as the manager for everything that happens after a solar project goes live. That means monitoring production across our clients’ portfolios, troubleshooting performance issues remotely and in the field, and coordinating repairs with technicians and installation partners. You'll manage client relationships through the full service lifecycle—from onboarding to resolving technical escalations—while ensuring incentive billing and credit allocation stay accurate and compliant.
