RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
Process daily report from Oracle to create electronic invoices for all costumers.
Ensure all electronic invoices are created according to the tax authorities requirements.
Ensure all invoices created include custom information (pedimento number).
Review all custom document related to export invoices and ensure that all products had been exported out of México by the customer on time.
Ensure all electronic invoices and POD in customer web site for validation are accepted to be able to receipt the customer payment.
